All businesses should have a marketing plan that they are
working towards.

• A list of objectives that you would like to achieve from your marketing activity.
• A description of the type of customers you want to attract (your target market).
• A description of your products or services.
• A list of marketing/advertising that you plan to conduct.
• A budget for how much it will cost.
• A time frame for implementing the marketing/advertising activity.
• An allocation of responsibilities list - who does what.
• A list of key dates to review results.
• A list of ways to monitor customer satisfaction.
While this sounds simple…and it is…you still need to put in some thought and effort to write it down.
Nothing comes without effort.
