Sales Negotiation Training Idea…

“Prepare The Best Demonstration You Can”.

The better the demonstrator you are, the more sales you can make.

And the more time you give to planning and rehearsing, the best demonstration possible, the better opportunity you have to create conviction and confidence in your prospect.

A good demonstration is a planned demonstration, planned and made to fit the needs of your prospect with your particular product or service.

Here are some pointers to guide you in preparing and planning an effective demonstration.

1. Use the technique of the 'build up' before you start your demonstration...tell your prospective buyer what you intend to show him. This way you build up both their expectation and their interest and, the same time, you give him clues on what to look for. Instead of merely showing them what you have… sample, photograph, graph, chart...first point out to them what you want them to see.

2. Plan to get your prospect to take an active role in your in your demonstration, get then involved. This is one of the 'musts' for a successful demonstration. The best demonstrations are those which give the prospect an active part, and you can always manage to give them one, no matter what you sell.

3. Don't be too technical in your demonstration. If you do you take the unnecessary risk of confusing your prospect. Your main purpose is to show 'what' your product can do for them....details of how this is done may be too perplexing for your potential buyer.

4. Plan to start your demonstration at the time that is most advantageous. If it's costly and complicated demonstration, you will first want to create enough interest to warrant the demonstration. If, on the other hand, your demonstration creates interest in itself, try to begin your demonstration as soon as you can.

This is the best sales negotiation training idea you can introduce to your sales team and business.

It will grow your business sales…mightily.
