Online Sales Training Idea. …..

Online Sales Training Idea…..“The Competition's Waiting”.

Your competition knows as well as you do that nobody’s perfect.

So they'll be ready to step in and take over the minute you fail to handle a complaint to the complete satisfaction of the customer.

If you follow a few basic rules, you'll be successful in keeping the competitor from the door.

1. Be speedy and tactful. A customer who is unhappy wants quick action. Always contact them immediately if they get in touch with you. Let them know you'll do verything you can as soon as you can.Another reason for a speedy response, particularly if they think your product is defective, is to remove it as soon as possible. The very sight of this unsatisfactory merchandise can keep them steamed up and ready to listen to your competitors.

2. Never argue. Even when you know that your customer is exaggerating the harm done or blaming you or your company for something you didn't do, don't argue with them. In most cases like this, your best action is to say as little as possible.....just a word now and then to let them know your listening. When they finished, review the problem as you understand it. Frequently, when they hear how it sounds, they'll soften their attack. In any case, promise to find out what went wrong. The next time you see them, they should be ready to listen.

Use this online sales training idea to save sales that maybe in the past you may have lost.

And better still keep a customer who may purchase again in the future and become a frequent repeat customer.
