Sometimes we get so focused on marketing to make more profits we forget that there are some easier and simpler ways to get amazing results that affective the bottom line more than a full blown marketing programme might.
In brief the following is a scenario that shows how things could work.
Let’s say the average business can increase its net profits by a staggering 61.75% by fine tuning three areas.
1) By increasing sales by just 5%.
2 By reducing product costs by 5%.
3) By pruning expenses (overheads) by 5%.
….the main benefit is an improvement in the bottom line profit of 67.5%.
