Often they don't have enough outlets to sell their products.

They would also like to reduce their advertising costs and co-op advertising is a way to go for both wholesalers and retailers.

The wholesaler gets some money towards his advertising budget and you, the retailer, get tagged on their BIG advertisements.

You may be asked to support the campaign with some extra stock, but if it works you get new customers that you normally could not afford to reach.

At the same time your business name appears in the major papers and magazines in advertising sizes you could not afford.

Think about it.

Ask some big suppliers what their position is on co-op advertising.

You might be surprised with the results.
